Tibetan and Himalayan Tools Editorial Board
Responsibilities: The THL Editorial Board for Tibetan and Himalayan Tools is responsible for developing and overseeing the creation and location of technical tools and systems for use within THL and by inhabitants of Tibet and the Himalayas. The Board also decides on the administrative boards for such individual components if deemed necessary. In addition, the editorial board acts as gatekeeper in considering new project proposals, monitoring current projects, and supervising the process of peer review for completed projects to be collected permanently within THL. When an individual component grows large and stable enough, it should develop its own separate administrative structure for direct supervision, although the Tools Editorial Board will continue to oversee general issues related to its overall function within THL.
