Located just below (south of) the Mé College (grwa tshang smad) kitchen, this apartment house belongs to Yerpa Regional House (g.yer pa khang tshan). It is a large and spacious two-story complex of monastic rooms built around a central courtyard. In 2002 the second floor rooms appeared inhabited, while the first floor rooms seemed to be vacant. All of the structures are two stories tall, with the exception of the building at the northwest corner of the compound, which is three stories tall.
