Like the neighboring Hamdong (har gdong) apartment house, this is one of the largest apartment compounds in all of Sera (se ra). It is three stories tall, and is built around a central courtyard. It is located just west of its parent regional house, the Trehor Regional House (tre hor khang tshan).
