The Mid-level Courtyard at Purchok Hermitage (phur lcog ri khrod)

Zoom out. Around this courtyard were the rooms of Purchok Rinpoché (phur lcog rin po che), his administrators, and his family. One level down from this one finds oneself at the level of the kitchen and the entrance to the winter temple. Now pan left. The stairs you see lead to the most important temple at the site, the Temple of the Three Protectors.
