This was one of the largest regional houses (khang tshan) in all of Sera. The initial shot is of the front façade of the regional house temple. As you pan to the right, you see a wall with trees behind it. This was the regional house dharma enclosure (chos rwa). Continuing to the right you see a juniper-burning vessel (bsangs khung), and next to it, a row with five mani-wheels. Monks’ living quarters surround the courtyard on three sides.
